    This printer gets a major work out between family of four and all the stuff my hands are in. Run through toner like it's going out of style sometimes. First time for the belt and exchange was fast, easy, clean. Didn't completely stop working when the warning came up which was nice. Machine still squeaks, but I assume that's gears that are overworked after owning this machine for at least 4 or 5 years now. Only complaint is the toner costs and short life. The longer life of the -115 black toner has helped immensely and we try to print black as much as possible.

      I keep these on hand and order a replacement as soon as I use my spare as my Brother Laser Printer will not allow me to print if it feels that the life limit of this part has been met. So if I don't have one on hand our Library is unable to print anything until this part is replaced.

            I suppose it is a decent product. I have only replaced it once in the last two years. Not sure why it needed replacing but I did it. Would prefer to purchase my next printer with a lower maintenance occurance.
