      The yield is not what it's cracked up to be. We use it in business to get hard copy from physicians. We do not receive 450 copies in 10 days and we are always having to change cartridges. Is there not a fax machine that is for heavy duty use and would use less product? I asked about volume of usage before purchasing this one at Staples and was told they are all about the same in usage. I can't believe you don't have a fax machine that is better.
