The print quality is good,but I could use a larger
yield of pages per cartridge.
I feel that there is a lot of unused ribbon that I pay for ,but do not get to use upon installation;
that too is sometimes difficult with the angle you have to use when installing the cartridge.
I have also found that I can purchase this same cartridge at another store,at a lower price and you do not use them as a will match competitor store from what I see in your company policy rules.If this is or is not your policy,kindly let me know..Thank You

I get many copies out of one cartridge. The price is a little high, but the quality is supreme. I have had this Fax for awhile and it is easy to install the cartridges, not messy and keeps my hands clean.

I was glad to see that staples carries this product, I had been to another office supply store and they couldn't help at all. I wasn't approached by any staff to help me locate the specific cartridge which took me at least half an hour to find.

So far, the product has performed as adertised. It makes print go onto pages after I select that function with my computer. I have only printed 50 or so pages, so I do not know how long it will last. If it lasts as long as the cartridge I had previously, then one would assume that it will last as long as advertised. I found it easy to install, my only issue was that when I first went to Staples to purchase a new cartridge they were out of stock. They offered to order one for me, but since I was not in a hurry I just waited a week and when I returned they had them in stock.
