The actual product itself is good but the installation of it is very hard. There are a lack of instructions on how to put it on the cartridges and I have re done it several times and now I can't get it to work at all. It would appear easy to use but it is not. It does not tell you which side of the tape is the printing side. It does not tell you which end of the printing tape is the left or right side. It does not tell you which end gets the blue end or which end gets the white end. It would be really good and economical if it were actually easy to use.

We go through a cartridge a week. Buying the refills is a much cheaper alternative than replacing the whole cartridge and it produces less waste.
