It's a basic fax machine. Serves the purpose. If I had the budget I would however updgrade to a fax that has more memory capacity as well as would feed at least 100 sheets at a time.

Downside is if a fax is only a partial page, the ribbon keeps feeding with the page. Would be more effecient if the ribbon stopped when there is no call for printing.

Staples had such a good price on this (with rebate offer, it came to about $15) that I felt I just couldn't go wrong. Have only been using it for a month or so, but when I've needed it, it sure has been handy to have!
