Purchasing a super high yield cartridge only makes sense by saving you time and money!
Normally, I replace only the color is out so that I have the full benefit of the ink cartridge.
I rotate the colors I use for the newsletters and special event flyers so that one color is stagnant. This time somehow all three colors had to be replaced in order to print. Is it possible that I just rotated my color choices so well?

This 3 package does offer a less expensive deal. However, it does not result in a 1200 page yield from the package. Ink jet cartridges in general do not seem to result in high yield copies. Although laser printer cartridges may cost a lot more, if the yield is specified at 10 to 20,000 copies per cartridge, it may well be worth the investment. Brothers print cartridges do seem to have the better price than the other competitors ink jet cartridges. My next printer purchase I will explore the laser concept.

Buying this product in a 3 cartridge pack saves considerable cost compared to buying individual cartridges. They are exact replacements for the original cartridges in our Brother printer/fax/scanner.
We have tried "off brand" cartridges that do not last as long and do not give as sharp of an image, especially when printing in color.
The Brother cartridges produce color and black print that we have not had bleed or smear and the ink dries fast even on low quality bond paper.
Bottom line, Brother replacements for a Brother machine is the only way to go to receive good printing results.

I use this ink product on a daily basis. Being in real estate and printing documents, I need a reliable product. This works very well for me in my home office. The colors are great for presenting clear and professional documents to clients.

I wear out printers from excessive use but I am pleasantly surprised at how long these cartridges last. Even though they are somewhat pricey and I would like to see a reduction in the price I still feel I get more bang for my buck using these rather than the less expensive cartridges. The quality of the print job and the ease of replacement are also a plus. I just hope my printer will last as long as the cartridges do, but if not my next printer will definitely use these cartridges. You really can't go wrong.

You know, these are Original Equipment replacements from Brother, the manufacturer. They better fit and work well. I like the fact that I can change one of four color cartridges without having to remove or replace any of the others. It is a very clean process, just pop the lever and the old cartridge is released. When you insert the new cartridge there is a vacuum seal that keeps the ink inside from drying out if you buy ahead like I do. It is a little funky operation to figure out at first, but now I am on my fourth or fifth set and everything going like clockwork.

Surely someone can produce colored ink with more vibrant colors! A set of 4 ink cartridges lasts about one month... i.e. that's $100/month! My 12-year old HP printer's ink cartridges cost the same but lasted 3 months.
