OEM cartridge plugged right in, worked right away, no fuss, no muss. The design is great, easy to use-plugs right into front of printer-so much easier to install than most, which usually having you opening the printer, waiting for the print head assembly to stop in a central position in order to change the cartridges. And then on most, it's a bit of a chore to figure out how the cartridge installs-which end pops down, in first. There are none of these problems here. This just seems like a very well-designed printer/replacement cartridge setup.

I just purchased my Brother All-in-one and it is great. I had to buy ink because I have been printing my school work. My power did go down and I had to call brothers because I couldn't print. The customer service rep trouble shot my all-in-one and I was able to print a test color page and all the colors printed as suppose to. I thanked him and I haven't had any problems printing since. The ink let's me know when it is empty so I can change it and it is so easy to change.
