Very easy to use and prints very well, runs out a little too fast sometimes and the price is a little high for the amount of printing you get in return. dries very nice and doesn't smear at all and no mess either. I am surprised that Staples doesn't have a brand to fit this copier for sale. If I print photo's it will run out in a matter of no time and the same goes for printing in color it has no long lasting printing at all I print mostly Black and white to conserve ink. plus I have printer set for longer ink life!

this product is very easy to use. this product is also a little expensive. Ink should nor cost the high price that it does. I like the printer that this ink goes into, although it's not as good as the older model i had previously owned. these cartridges for the printer i have work much better and are easier to install than the ink cartridges that i needed for my other printer.I especially like these ink cartridges because my children can install them just as easy as i can and that is something that is good when you have school age children.

Only one complaint about this printer. When one color is low, it stops completely and will not continue even if black only is selected.

Well, I just reviewed the Black toner and the color is just as good. I wouldn't put generic ink cartridges in a machine at home. I did join Staples Toner Discount Program. If you like to use your printer (some people run out of ink and stop using their machine...it's expensive to feed!!!) the Toner Program will save you money...I'd say about $3-6 bucks every time you purchase...and I like to have back up. I've never had a bad cartridge out of the box. Just be careful...don't buy a box that's been opened. I did and found that someone had switched the cartridge...it didn't fit my machine. I'd have taken it back, but by the time I realized what had happened, too much time had passed.

Only Brother printers can use only Brother ink cartridges. I like the printer I have, but the cartridges are too expensive, and the ink is used up very quickly. I wish the prices would get lower.Would I recommend this product, yes because they have no choice as to the type of ink cartridges you can use

I AM PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED WITH THE RELATIVE EASE OF INSTALLATION AND THE CLEANLINESS IN USAGE. SOMEHOW, I BELIEVE THAT THE COLOURS COULD BE A LITTLE SHARPER. THERE IS A BIT OF LIGHTNESS IN THE FINISHED JOB, THAT WOULD MAKE A RED JOB SEEM ALMOST LIKE DEEP PINK. I HAVE USED SOME OTHER INK (WHICH WILL REMAIN NAMELESS) TO DO MY PRINTING, AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT SEEMS A BIT BRIGHTER, TO ME. IT IS ALSO MY FIRM OPININION THAT THE COST OF THE INK IS SOMEWHAT PROHIBITIVE. IT IS NOT DIFICULT TO END UP SPENDING THE EQUIVALENT OF THE COST OF A NEW PRINTING MACHING, ON INK ALONE, IN A SHORT SPACE OF TIME. THE RATE OF TURNOVER COULD BE MUCH FASTER, AND YOUR COMPETITION STRONGER, IF THE PRICE OF THE INK COULD BE A BIT LOWER. BY AND LARGE, HOWEVER, THIS INK HAS A CLEANER FINISH THAN THE ONES I HAVE USED BEFORE. SO, EASY INSTALLATION AND CLEAN FINISH, ARE TWO OF THE PLUSES FOR THIS INK.
