Overall the printer and catridges do their jobs but the inks run out very frequently. The printer
always goes into cleaning mode each time I want to print. I am wondering if this action causes the use of eccessive amounts of ink. I would not buy another Brother printer for these issues.

            C'mon guys---at this price you really should be including the black ink cartridge. And for goodness sakes, make them last longer. With the money I spent on your ink I could have bought a better printer! Also, the staples in the Baldwin Crenshaw Center sold me a 3 pack---one of the cartridges had been opened! I had to go all the way back to get a new one. Manager was very sweet and agreeable, but I took time out of my work day to go back and forth--they need to keep the ink behind the counter.
