After alot of research I decided on this printer. The upgraded toner lets you print 12,000 pages for the same price or less than some toners that do only 6,000 pages. The drum cost is reasonable to. It is super fast, faster than a leases Xerox I just got rid of, and it is saving me $700 the first year over a leased machine. The scanning and faxing are much faster than what I'm used to as well. I have another 4-1 brother that I have had for 6 years and it has proved to be dependable that is why I purchased this one. For a mid priced printer it's hard to go wrong with this one.

I never thought printers could cost thousands of dollars till I start shopping for them, I even considered leasing a printer for my office, and all were still way out of my budget. I have been using this printer for about a month now. I use almost all of its features, scanning/printing/faxing/copying. I would say this printer is no less than those costing thousands of dollars. Printing is really fast, quality is great, set up is easy; it's worth for the money.
