    I have used this product for the last 5 years. The piece of equipment I buy the Toner for is networked to several offices so it is used a lot. I love the easy replacement of the cartridge and the fact that it does not spill out toner everywhere, especially when it usually needs changing on a day that I have on light colored clothing. No worries. I think the expense is worth it and I would highly recommend this product if someone were to ask my opinion. I sincerely hope you have received high remarks from many satisfied customers who use the TN550 Toner.

      The fact that it only takes seconds to remove and install a new cartridge is great. The first time I had to change the toner was during an afternoon service. I aquired a new cartridge but was afraid that it would take way too long to load and continue with printing that was in progress. To my surprise it was as easy as pressing and lifting out the old cartridge to removing the wrapper and attachments and popping in the new cartridge. I was able to continue with the copying and complete my project right on time!

        I am usually very happy with Brother TN-550. I have ordered many of them in the past. I just received my order of 2 of these cartridges. One works perfectly. The other leaves a big black blotch in the middle of my copies. What am I supposed to do with that? I can make copies or use my printer.
