    Staples, has a great location for the price, availaibility and the staff to help. This store has a great deal of "DEALS" not many of the stores around seem to have as many things in the DEALS BEN, this is one of the things that keeps me returning to this store. The staff from stocking to chashiers, have always been friendly and courtesy.

    A breeze to install, but printing is noisy even after cleaning. Have no idea how to reset the drum counter. The manual does not tell, the on live chat is talking about a different printer and have to call the 800 number when not busy to get help...I hope.

        I would recommend this to anyone. We use our Brother printer to print papers for Speech and Debate at school and it is perfect. Long lasting. Very easy installation. We print thousands of papers before a debate and speech tournament and this drum lasts seem like forever. If I ever need to replace my printer I will replace it with the same brand a Brother Printer. It is heavily used everyday that we are attending school. I would give this product a five star rating without a doubt in mind.

        I'm not sure you can expect 12,0000 pages from a single cartridge. I use it in my office fax machine which doubles as my copy machine. I am a small office and feel I average well under 500 pages per week. 500 pages per week should give me 26 weeks per cartridge. I am on my 3rd cartridge this year. The price is too high for the yeild, IMO.
        Changing the cartridge is a bit of a hassle so pay attention when removing the old cartridge. Also "low toner" is indicated well before the cartridge is actuall empty. I keep a new toner caetridge ready but continue to use the old one until it is spent for several hundred more pages.
