Number of pages of print has varied over the years and from one Toner Cartridge to another. Past two years the cartridge lasted exactly 12 months. This year (2012/13) 8 months on similar volume. Perhaps the amount of Toner has been reduced to maintain price?????

When we put this cartridge in, it left excess toner along the right edge of our prints. It seems to be wearing off and hopefully will disappear all together, but we did have to run many pieces off paper through the printer to get a clean copy. We still do not have a clean copy, but hoping it will clear us soon. We did clean our bar and tried again, but that did not help. I am wondering if this can be replaced if it does not clear up soon. Please let us know. I am surprised because usually we are very happy with your products. Thanks you.
