I love Brother cartridges! They're easy to install and they work great. No ink runs or spotting.The clarity of the ink is awesome. Most of our printers are brother and its nice to choose from the regular cartridge to the high yield. Have had absolutely no problems with installation or removal of cartridge. I definitely recommend this product.Remember that you get rewards points towards the recycling of this product and Staples remembers your purchases. So the next time you need a particular cartridge you can have your previous account purchase looked up for future purchases!

My personal is my business: I am a writer and an artist. I need my printer to be able to print consistently and not need constant tending. This was a replacement cartridge, and I don't think I got as many pages out of it as I did the original "baby" cartridge that came with the unit. In addition, many of those were "test" pages for each time I had to open up the printer and adjust the toner. I like the cleanliness of installation and the clean printing (when it does print) and have used it for some of my art projects, as well as all my documents. Maybe I got a lemon. I'll talk to the store(50 mile round trip).

I got a warning at 2300 pages that toner was low
I did a little research ,and covered the electric eye with duct tape. Worked like a charm. I watched my copies closely and got to 3500 pages before I had to change the toner.
