I have made the mistake of purchasing non-OEM replacement toner cartridges for my Brother printer. They were half the price, but, did not perform as well as the Brother cartridges and caused harm to the printer. As a result of my being cheap, I now own a new Brother printer. My old one lasted 15 years, but lost its life because of the inferior toner cartridge. I will always purchase the original equipment toner replacement going forward. The Brother high yield cartridges last about 3 months for me and provide high quality crisp documents. When paired with a crisp 22 lb paper there is absolutely nothing better.

I recommend this product if you are a small business working from home.
I don't need to change the cartridge often, of course it depends how many
pages your printing on a daily basis. I print between 250 - 1000 sometimes.
Since I print so many pages, I like not having to change the cartridge every
couple of days. And changing the cartridge is not that difficult either.
I highly recommend this product.

Always available through the website and delivery is relatively quick. I always purchase from Staples because of the convenience off pruchasing online and when I go to the store the manager and staff are always very friendly and customer srvice oriented. When I go to the store it seems I am the only customer in the store . I get greeted promptly and almost immendiately an employee approaches me offering to help with whatever I am purchasing. They also match the price online if it different from the store.

Little bit more $$$ for piece of mind...cartridge is
a high yield product...with great professional quality.
I'd replace it for TN-720.
I'd also buy a Genuine Brother product only..if you want your
printer to last long, then stick with its original replaceable
products, such as Drums & Toners.

This cartridge yields about 4900 copies, even on the Toner Saver mode, of text material when duplexing. It is overpriced to begin with and then with the short yield this is even worse. There are aftermarket toner cartridges that work just as well for 1/4 the price

I bought two of these cartridges after the free cartridge ran out. One of the two cartridges actually produced 7896 the other only produced 4467 copies. They were both supposed to be high yield. I am disappointed with this product. I have been unable to contact anyone at staples about replacing this item since it did not print the right amount as stated. I can prove this since these are new printers with counter that show the number of copies that have been made on each.

I turned it on grey and used less inck and only printed 2000 copies on a new cartridege[$] from Staples. I am horribly unimpressed with performance. If I have to spent $400 a month on ink cartridges, then why don't I just buy a new computer every month? What a waste to the environmnet.

I purchased this high yield toner for my Brother HL-5470DW Printer and it definitely lasts a long time ~8,000 copies of excellent quality print.
I highly recommend the purchase of Brother Brand wifi laser printers because of their competitive price, high yield toners, and they are PC/Mac Compatible, with easy set-up.
