Very happy with this fax machine. I was a bit hesitant since we got it on sale at a great price and the regular price is already pretty low. We are able to put a lot of sheets of paper in there and it will feed them through one at a time instead of 3-4 at a time with our previous fax machine. I can't say that it's particularly fast but the speed works out fine for our needs.

Somehow I missed the reviews about the awful ink in this machine. Too bad, as I NEVER would have purchased this had I known. It's a good price, works fairly fast, but the ink is awful. The incoming pages are very hard to read. Ink does not last long, and the idea that I can re-use the cartridge by re-rolling the inked paper on the cartridge is ridiculous! Spend more money and buy something worthwhile. Any pro's are far outweighed by the con's.

This model is a good, solid, easy-to-use basic machine for handling our low-level demand. It also comes in handy for small, black & white copy jobs when our main copier is unavailable. I have no idea how it would perform in a high volume situation.

The user manual is pretty good but a little hard to understand in places, using specialized terms that the typical owner may not understand. Also, I've had a mixed experience with phone support - one really good including their ability to test & address an issue from their end and one in which they could not (or would not?) give me an idea of the source of a paper feed problem would be.

This is a good little fax machine. It serves it's purpose well. I just wish that the print quality was a bit better. The faxes do not really print out sharp and crisp, but it gets the job done!
