We get very few faxes however some of our clients do not have access to email so faxing is their only option. We're happy with this machine for the price, you can't beat it!

It was delivered very fast. It was very easy to install. It was very easy to understand the instructions. Even though it came with a printing cartridge, it was only a small, sample cartridge. I think it would be better if you gave a regular sized printer cartridge when selling a fax machine no matter how much a person pays for the item. I also was a little surprised at the cost of a printer cartridge, I really did not think it would be that high but I guess it is worth it to have the convenience of not having to drive to the store to purchase it.

i order all of my office needs from staples. my boss says we keep staples in business with all the supplies we get order. i love the free items and the rewards we get just for recycling ink. It's a win win situation. Staples is the best for all of my office and printing needs. I just loooooovvvvvvvvveeeeee staples. But i am a bit upset right now because this survey requires me to include at least 400 characters in my comment that I didn't really want to leave, JUST to get 5 bonus points and I've never gotten or even heard of before. Maybe this will get printed... maybe it won't??? The world may never know. :}
