We LOVE this product. I quote a coworker who said, "THIS IS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN TO MARKETING IN A VERY LONG TIME!" It made our life easier for our annual event that draws over 300 attendees. I am thrilled with this printer.

We use this printer to create file labels for client files and internal files. We used to use laser labels, but they were harder to get lined up, and more difficult to manage when you only need a few. The nice thing is that "what you see is what you get", so you see the label on the screen, you format it however it should look and it comes out exactly that way. No tweaking the formats.

purchased to make mailing labels, icouldnot install. I had IT personinstall works intermittenlya nd even then not correct.

I just installed this 'bargain' for use with my Macbook, only to find the Add In software that pulls addresses and other info from Office apps ONLY WORKS FOR WINDOWS!

It does not work with Mac--one has to open the Ptouch software and type in the info...NOT a time saver!!!

That is NOT noted anywhere on the website or box--only by inference in the Setup guide.

This is deceptive and unacceptable.

And a waste of money.

The printer software makes it easy to cut and paste addresses directly into the application. I have loaded up to 50 addresses into the software and it prints effortlessly.
