The tape backing is easily peeled off of tape. I primarily use it on metal and plastic and find the tape never comes off. Very legible and the letters never rub off.

The TZ Tape used with the labeling machine makes for sharp, clear print. The 3/4" size is good for labeling shelves in our stockroom. The backing peels off easily. The smallest sizes are sometimes a little difficult to get the backing tape off. It sticks firmly to smooth surfaces, yet comes off reasonably easy when you want to replace it. Probably would not want to apply it to paper for removal later.

i used this to label my tool cabinets and it was very helpful. I'm suggesting it to my patients to label thier clothing and personal item bins so unfamiliar people can find things easily. I reccommend this product to anyone wanting to organize themselves and help others to find things within ther own space. I used this product while working at GM and went through tons of tape, we labelsed everything to conform our entire shop to a workplace that was simple and unique to each operation.

This product is portable to use in most locations so that is a convenience. I think the cartridges are expensive and not very environmental although they have reduced the package size to help with the waste so that is a good restructuring. The labels stick well are a little tangly when you peel both sides off so be prepared for where they go and maybe leave one of the paper pieces on the back that reveal the sticky part in tack until you are ready to mount on surface. They do come off the wall easily and that is a plus.

I use this product when making labels for our student and teacher file folders. Great!!

I love my P-Touch labelmaker and love the clear labels with black ink. I use these to identify the various needles and feet for my sewing machine in a compartmentalized plastic box, as well as jars/containers in my pantry, and boxes/containers in my linen closet.

The backing comes off the label much easier
