          Very nice product however I cannot buy the tape I need off of the shelf at Staples. Each time it seems, I must order it. Also, they do not offer the larger package at a discounted price, i.e. two tapes for the price of $x.
          Kim (the assitant manbager at the Staples store on Palm Canyon in Palm Springs - now closed) was instrumental in my purchasing the P-Touch. She helped me find what I need and showed me how to use it effectively. I can't say enough good about Kim. I am sorry that store had to close. I now have to deal with their store on Ramon at Gene Autry and believe me, it is not the same plesant experience at all. So much for Staples. The P Touch is Great.
