Took a while to build and I am pretty proficient at that sort of stuff. Overall it looks nice and it feels very solid. The drawer closures look to be well constructed.

this is a beautiful piece of furniture however the assembly is quite difficult. Also only includes 2 sets of rails when 4 sets would be much more useful. Excellent quality for mid-range cost.

          I had a problem with drawer misalignment. It turned out to be a problem with how the footboard was attached. When I added my own bracket to force the footboard down into the proper position, the problem was solved!

          The original source of the problem was a screw that broke when I installed the footboard.

          Overall -Good. It is not solid wood it is pressboard/laminate construction. Small gap at top of drawer. No lock. As long as you know this before you buy, you should be happy with it.
