    When I purchased copier, I asked how much the replacement cartridge would be and was told it was not very expensive. When I went to store to purchase new cartridge, found out it was quite expensive. Now I am stuck with a copier that requires an expensive cartridge, so I am continually trying to figure out ways to get by having to use it very much. The cartridge that came with the copier did not last very long, but I am waiting to see how many copies I get from the replacement cartridge, to determine if it is feasible to continue using.

      Easy to replace and order from staples (free delivery). No fuss or mess and it has a long life. It is a good office product and we have used this item for at least 10 years. I would highly Recommend this toner and brand for business or personnel use. Just pop out the old one (and return for recycling and get rewards to use for future purchases) and pull tab on new toner and slide in done! Sometimes I get coupons for free items or money off so its always a win win situation. Definitely try this product!

      We usually use recycled cartridges, but had trouble with them. We went to the Canon cartridge built for our copier and it is great. No dark background, just clear copies.
