    I use these in our All In One printer in my office and they work great! We made the mistake of using the remanufactured toners in the past and they actually damaged the printers. It turns out that these cartridges are the toner AND drum for the machines. They refill the ink but don't service the drum portion and it isn't good for the printer. We went through two printers before figuring this out. Our newest printer started having paper jams almost right away and someone clued me in that it may be the reman'd toners. Once we switched back to the Canon brand toner, the paper jams stopped and the printer runs much better. Stick to the original manufacturer toners!!

            I have to make a lot of copies for my business and I find this cartridge works the best for me. I have two copy machines (printers) and with my other one, sometimes the ink dries up and overall I end up spending more for ink. With this cartridge I find that it goes a lot further as I am able to make many more copies and save money as a result. I always deal with the same business supply place and they gave me a deal by charging me the price as it appears on their on-line site. I will continue to use this product.

              i wish i had done some research prior to buying this copier. the life of the toner is short and pricy. i have used the same amount of paper with my hp printer and i am still using the same cartridge. i have already replaced this cartridge 4 times. i use the copier to make one addiional copy of what i print off my hp printer because i need it to be double sided.

              This is used in a small office enviroment. Multiple people use the copier every day. The all-in-one that uses this cartridge is 2 1/2 years old and there has never been any problem with smudges, lines or skipped print. Cartridge lasted for almost a year and the copy stayed crisp and clear right up until I changed to a new toner. I order a new toner as soon as the old one is changed so that I always have one on hand. I would not trust this office machine to be used with other than genuine Canon toner.
