    I wasns't aware of the difference between knock-off brand replacement ink and the Canon PG-50 black ink. But after using the Canon PG-50 Black ink I realized the excellent printing quality and I would recommend it to anyone who needs quality printing. The only negative is the price of an individual package of the Canon PG-50 black ink is quite pricey. However, I wanted to buy a multipack of the Canon PG-50 black ink, which I would imagine it to be sold at a discounted price. But there was not any multipacks of the Canon product in stock.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
