the ink cartridges are very easy and clean to install.the pcopier lets you know what cartridges needs to be replaced by blinking and also showing up on a display of all the ink cartridges.the only thing i have is that working in a cat rescue group,i do alot of coping of flyers,documenents that the ink rus out quickly.

Why do I have to buy a black 221 every time I buy cartridges then have to buy 220 separately? I end up with leftover black 221's and then have to buy 220's anyway.

Ink is fine. just wish I had purchased the Brother printer instead of this one as it uses too much ink. Sales person indicated Canon as good as the Brother printer but have found that it does require many more cartridges than I had expected.

This is the main ink product we use for all our business printing needs. It works great and lasts long. It is a very user friendly product; easy to install, easy to remove, easy to find replacement cartridges.... all around easy! I would most defiantly recommend any printer that supports this ink cartridge. The price is great too. We all love good products at a cheap price. this product allows for both by giving you a great product with two spares driving down the price per cartridge. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!
