I have used Canon cartridges for a number of years. The colors are vibrant. I always get compliments on the cards I make and people comment about the colors in it.

Good value for the money, although, I don't really need the photo paper at this time. Paper doesn't go bad so I just added it to the pile.
The color cartridges seem to dry out before I can use them, I go through the black ink quickly. But in the XL size it last a little bit longer. Can't say I would or would not recommend, because when your printer takes a certain ink cartridge, that is what you use. You are stuck between a rock and a hard place. Would definitely use this over a generic produt.

Having my first Canon printer I expected that the ink wouldn't last long since it was a photo printer. This printer ink just lasts forever even after my printer tells me it is low on ink, I usually get another 50 pages of print before the ink is empty. I would recommend this printer and ink cartridges to anyone who needs a reliable ink for their small business. I use this ink for product labels and even my brochures and it has yet to let me down. Even after printing many personal photos, the ink just lasts and lasts.

they never sell a package of both black and color unless you buy it with the photo paper.

Black and color cartridges don't have equal life. Black should be larger in size than color

It's Canon printer ink. It's very hard to get worked up about this. If I have a choice, I buy the Staples cartridges for my Pixma printer and save a few bucks.

I have used the Cannon 210XL and 211XL for several years and have never been disappointed with this product. It is very reliable, clean, sharp and has very good color. The cartridges are very easy to replace and they have a normal ink life. I use my printer almost every day for everyday printing of articles and/or documents. The color quality of my photos are awesome. I honestly coundn't ask for better quality. I buy the combo pack and it saves me money which I like very much. I definitely recommend this product to anyone with a Cannon printer.
