I have had my Canon i80 printer for ten years. It has traveled with me and has been the staple of my home use. I am very pleased with its dependability. I do think the cost of the cartridges has steadily increased over the years,but the amount of ink has not. Plainly, the cost is too high for the amount of ink provided. The color cartridges are good, but not as dependable in terms of consistency in output. I would like to see the option of a black cartridge the same size as the color cartridge for longer use.

I wish you could get more pages per cartridge. I am constantly replacing my black cartridge. I usually greyscale most pages to save on the color ink cartridge. I use the cannon IP90 mainly for everyday printing since it is very small and I can use it in my vehicle or carry it into the motel with me. I can't find a small enough printer to use for everyday use. I know it is wasting my cannon picture printer, but for convenience I do it. I wish the price would be lower or the cartridge would print a lot more pages before having to be changed.
