I think I got more than my money's worth from the printer that uses these inks, but I go through a large number of them in what feels to me like " no time." If I have to print more than three sheets of full color to make more custom business cards for myself, the color is virtually gone by the next sheet. Oh, I can still have a little for something small....but not for long. The other problem I have is that if one color is empty, it has to be replaced before I can use the copier again. Is this the fault of the copier manufacturer or the cartridge manufacturer? I have no idea!

I can and do deal with the high cost per print but there has to be a way to come up with higher volume cartridges without breaking the bank.

I regret buying a Canon printer as the ink does not last very long and I consider the ink expensive. Although it does a good job printing, the fact that the ink has a short life span.

This is my first Canon printer which, of course, uses Canon cartridges. I find both the printer and cartridges are far superior to products that I previously owned. Replacement is cleaner and I believe the cartridges last longer.

Love this ink - very easy to use and replace - get a warning when you are running out of ink and that gives you enough time to replace one color or get multi packs. Also love the multi packs that have all the colors - including the photo black # 225 which is used more for phoos and the 4 x 6 photo papers. The ink is a little expensive to buy as multi packs - but when you add up what you pay for one color and the photo cards - it is cheaper to buy the multi packs - also when you get the multi packs you always have the ink on hand when you need to change one color. No problems with the Cannon ink - easy and quick to rplace... and great color ....

We have been using this product for some time. We use the printer for black and white as well as color documents. I am a corporate trainer and do a great deal of handouts for classes. My husband is a nature photographer and will print selected photos for framing. I also am President of the Ocala Chapter of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals) and do a good deal of printing for this group, including certificates, handouts, etc. This ink is best priced at staples. We shop for the best prices always and Staples is the best.
