Great price for the product. Shipped promptly. Received a defective product that had been opened and re-taped on outside very cleverly. Cartridge pack inside was open and orange protective strip on outside of plastic container. Called and product was promptly replaced. There was no way packing person could have detected this box contained defective cartridge.

I used to buy the bargain, the recycled, the refurbished, the cheap-- and ink would run out way too fast. Refilling my old ones was a mess. So I bit the bullet and spent the money and am totally satisfied with the result and will never go back to the old money-saving ways-- which in the end were not bargains at all.

The Canon refill goes a long way in printing. The quality is always better than expected. Even when the low ink warning comes on it just keeps on printing.I only use the black cartridge for e-mails and documents and tickets and receipts etc. Definitely recommend.
