This printer sucks the ink!
By scrappystacey

I use the MX7600 as my primary printer at home. It delivers great photo prints and prints crisp, clean documents with the ink the printer requires. I use the MX7600 for larger 5X7 or 8X10 digital photo printing, but I use a small table top printer for 4X6 photos because this machine is so RIDICULOUSLY SLOW. It 'cleans' between print jobs, which takes forever. The printer 'warns' you that your ink is nearly depleted when you can easily print many more documents; this is stupid. When you run out of one color of ink, the entire printer will not operate; you can't even print in magenta if that is what you've got left. Ridiculous. This printer, when compared to others I have owned, seems to constantly need ink replacement. In all, if you are reading this review because you're interested in the MX7600 and were curious about ink quality: you'll be disappointed. It costs and arm and both legs to outfit this printer in ink. You're constantly replacing cartridges, and they never run out at the same time. I have had this printer for almost a year, and I have resupplied it with ink too many times to count; it costs at least $100+ to get this machine ready and able to print documents and photos. [...]

I use the product as a printer, scanner, but hope to use the fax feature.
