These printer companies put so little ink in the cartridges to k=make sure that their profit margins are very high.

Serves the purpose, Brand you can trust, easy replacement, everything is just perfect except the cost for it is bit high than the alternate products. However, you have no guarantee that a cheap altrnate may work as you expect, but this one comes from the Manufacturer (who manufactured the Printer too) and hence you can avoid possible headaches of spilling, low quality etc... I wish the price drops a bit and quality stays the same :)

I use this ink to print out my work schedule for the day, and the ink cartridge is pretty easy to load into my Cannon printer. I was up and running in less than 2 minutes!! I appreciate your good products. I even purchased the Staples & Quill Exclusive pack that has 6 ink tanks, which included the ones I need the most: 2 of the large black inks (225 PGBK) It will save me a little money in the long run, as well as time to have to go back and buy some more. Thanks!

This product serves my purpose easy to install, no mess and not that expensive compare to other cartridges. Also, this product last longer than other ink cartridges and when it is time to replace it is easy to get it at the store. But the best is that i use mostly black ink and each color has its own tank so i dont have to buy cartridge of all the ink colors except the color I used.

I was told that we will be getting $2.00 an empty cartridge back, but when I bought the new ones, I only got 1 penny back each. Not sure where the misunderstanding came from. Would love for you to look into that.
