    All of the Staple stores I have shopped in have both great products & very nice staff. Stores are neet & clean . Products are well displayed. It's nice to have a choice of name brand & store brands.This is one of the few stores left where you are treated like a person & not a number.     I have just started using this ink, as I used to use Cannon's PG30/31 and I have to say this is very high quality ink and it should be since it costs so much! It doesn't fade, nor does it smear. It seems to dry super quick too! It works on all types of paper I have tried thus far, well, typing and/or printing papers varieties, that is! ;) Anyway, it is also VERY easy to uninstall and install. I never have had any issues with jammed cartridges or leaky cartridges, for that matter! I highly recommend this ink!

      The product is easy to install and the color is clear. The ink does not smear and it is long lasting. The cartridge is easy to install and does not make a mess. The only flaw that I found is that it is not easy to locate in the store. I had to ask store personnel to help me locate it. Also, after I located it, I was not sure that I had the right product for my printer. However, the good of the product outweighs anything regarding locating the product in the store. Overall, I am very pleased with the copier and cartridge and glad that I purchased a Canon.

      This is an excellent product, easy to install and use. The output rivals some things I have paid a lot to have done. Bottom line is that even though I think the cost is a little high, it is still a good value when you consider the amount of work that one of these ink cartridges can put out. I also like the fact that you are not battling the printer to install this cartridge. You slip it in, lock it down and you are ready to print. No head adjustments are needed for best quality. The cartridge does everything it is supposed to do from the get-go.
