    This item does everything I need it to do in tracking payments for tenants and recording their payments, times and tracking their amounts paid and owed. Two copies is too few and four copies would be too many. Three are just perfect. It lets me identify the Tenant, where he resides, how he/she pays the bill and lets me find the timeliness of payments. When they question what they owe I can show them the paper trail that proves that my records are correct. There are times that a tenant has tried to pull a fast one and we have shown proof that they are in error using this set of forms.
