    love this product! and yes... the pump DOES screw back off, but not without a bit of unnecessary effort. poor design there.

    Half-way through the bottle, the pump stops working. Could not open the bottle either. Had to throw the remaining product away. Purchased the individual creamers instead.

        like the product, but have been disappointed in the pump with my last two bottles. You can't get the pump off after you get it on and when it sticks you throw away however much of the bottle you haven't used.

          It's a good idea but the bottle was crushed and the pump won't screw on, the product does not have the great taste of refrigerated or even the powder version.

              My committees and board love flavored creamer, I liked the idea of simple packaging (no extra waste from all the little cups) and no refrigeration required. The pump stopped working 1/3 of the way through the first bottle. Thinking it was a defective pump I ordered the product again and the same thing happened. Once the pump is screwed onto the bottle there is no way to remove it except to cut off the neck of the bottle and decant the creamer into another container which does not seem very sanitary. Unfortunately, I'm back to ordering the little cups. Hope they fix the pump problem- it's a great product otherwise.
