      Because I read the other reviews prior to buying this product, I was prepared and expected the sweetness. I too was tired of opening the little cups. I cut back the sweet-n-low packets due to the sweetness and it worked perfectly (not too sweet). However, I do like some sweetness in my coffee so what works for me may not work for others. Love the convenience and no mess.

      Very thick, stays true to the 1pump = 1creamer. Tastes good in any kind of coffee. And I like that it has a spot on the bottle that you can write the date it was opened, to keep track of the 30 days it is good for.
      Only problem I found is, it is a lot if you have a small office. We only have 4 coffee drinkers in this office and we only use about 1/2 to 3/4 of this before the 30 days.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I was looking forward to this product simply because I was getting annoyed with opening the small creamers. I thought buying the pump would be easier to use and it was. However, I did not realize that it was concentrated and so sweet. I find myself pumping up to 5 times and still needing to add more cream to get my coffee the way I want. So this product does not work well for me.

          Although Staples advertised it as "Original", it is a Pre-sweetened variety. It is ridiculously sweet and therefore basically useless for our office. If it was the original flavor, I would have been quite happy with it. I called to return/exchange and they do not have "Original" Original. I received a credit.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

          The first time I got a bottle in the mail it had a leak and it there was creamer everywhere. Quill quickly replaced it and we haven't had any problems since.

          I would like there to be an original creamer that wasn't sweetened.
