The refills are way too expensive. Got the machine for free on a rebate. Way to complicated to use. Prints leaving spaces within letters, so letters dont look rounded off. The refills are not that easy to install either requires some practice, that unfortunately wastes a lot of tape prior to doing it the right way. Not very happy with this purchase

Labels work great along with the label machine it goes into.

But the only thing is that it is not as popular as the Brother lineup of labels...so it is hard to find this item in stock and with the color scheme that I need.
