About Me Enthusiast
I have struggled with Math off and on over the years. Now I'm in college and I love it!! My school offers tutoring and the the professor that tutors said to get this calculator-none other. Using this model does not cripple me from understanding the concepts, it enpowers me. I go thru the lecture, notes, exercises, homework, and quizzes. When I get to the midterm, other tests and next chapter-I comprehend and actually get it. That includes being able to check myself and get it right. I will be taking more and more math because I can build on a solid foundation and not feel lost. I keep this calculator with me always. There is no equation that I can not perform with it. Really appreciate the neat case cover.

Best scientific calculator on the market

About Me Power User
This calculator is seriously the best scientific calculator on the market right now in terms of functionality and price. This calculator does absolutely everything that can be done with a scientific calculator. I'm an 11th grader in HS and I use this calculator mostly in my Pre-Calculus and AP Physics class. That being said, you must read the manual before you use it. There are many different capabilities of this calculator, and you are going to miss out on many of them if you don't read the manual. I bought this calculator not entirely expecting it to be this functional, and I got a little overwhelmed reading the manual. There was so many things I didn't know this calculator could do. It's not difficult to use though, and the button placement is very strategic and intuitive. The only minor disadvantage to this calculator is regarding the unit conversions. There are only 40 different conversions, in the categories of distance, area, fluid volume, speed, mass, pressure, power, force, temperature, and heat. Also, some categories are not included at all, and there are even a few units missing. For example, there is no mph conversion, so if you want to go from m/s to mph you would first need to convert m/s to km/h, and then convert from km to mile. If you are considering purchasing this for your high school/middle school student, I highly recommend it. Armed with this calculator and a TI-89 graphing calculator, you would be set for your entire educational career.
Great calculator!

I bought this calculator to use for LD50 calculations to classify chemicals for GHS. It works great, and it has built in metric conversions.
