      I NORMALLY DON'T WRITE REVIEWS BUT I BROUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND THE 901-45012, CLEAR RULER BY WESTCOTT BECAUSE IT WAS ADVERTISED ON QUILL AS MADE IN THE USA. WHEN I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT THEY HAD LITTLE STICKERS ON THE BACK THAT SAY MADE IN CHINA. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.
