This unit offers great versatility, but was very difficult to set up to full functionality. HP tech support was very patient and helpful, especially their Canadian based support staff. It took about five hours of phone support to work around a couple of issues not supported by the setup wizzard.

For the price (and $150 off), it is neither slow, nor low quality. Works every time and the output is always good. I've not had to replace cartridges yet, but I'm sure that will make me squirm.

We have used the product for sometime now. IT has been working very good, only wife's concern is that it is loud. Since I work in the IT Sector this printer's noise is just about normal. I heard others which are far worst. It does gives satisfactory prints & hasn't jam since it was setup. It also has most of the current extra features like print from our phone, via emails and such. It even has some templates so you can print directly from printer some letter guides and graphs. Ease of installation was straight forward for me, then again it might be a challenge for others. Scanner and Copy features was straight forward. We haven't use the fax feature since we have no land line. Overall printer was a good buy since I paid with bunch of points and discounts.

Having used an HP Color LaserJet 2550 for many years, I am pleasantly surprised about how fast and quiet this printer is. First page prints much faster and subsequent pages are also faster. This printer is also quieter than the 2550. Only challenge is keeping a working printer driver available. Occasionally goes offline, but so far have been able to get it to work.

This printer is faster and quieter than the Color LaserJet 2550 I used for years. The print, scan and copy options work well. Other than an occasional glitch, which is solvable, it is working very well. The paper tray is a little small and takes more work to load than the 2550, but that is a minor quibble. The start up time is much faster and the first page print is much faster than the 2550. I like this printer.

I purchased this printer due to the fact that Windows 8 was not compatible with my old HP Laser Jet that I loved. So I had a negative mood going into the purchase, however, I found this on sale and due to the price, I couldn't pass. I have been thrilled with all print jobs, from easy emails to 500 flyers for my GS Event. I would highly recommend it. It's worth the regular price.

This printer is great for home or office use. It prints fast and has good quality. I like that I can use my phone to print when I'm not even home. It's very convenient to have the printer/scanner/fax machine/copier all in one. I even print my address labels on all of my envelopes now. I can check the computer to see exactly how much toner I have left. The touch screen is a nice feature. Adjusting the printer settings is very easy with the web interface. I highly recommend this product!
