This stapler:
- Staples 20 sheets w/ease
- Works consistently
- Is very easy to use (takes very little pressure to staple
- Staples securely
- Has a rubbery coating that feels good in the hand and prevents slippage when stapling.

...when you get one that works.

Our office has had one of these staplers for over 6 months now, and recently we had to order a second one for another desk. The order arrived on time, but the first stapler had 2 major defects (the kind that make you wonder if they even picked it up when it was passing through Swingline Quality Control):

1) It wouldn't stay closed. After inserting staples, the spring hinge was so loose that the darn thing wouldn't stay closed. If you picked it up by the top, the whole unit would fall open.
2) The staples came out really loose. When stapling 2-3 sheets together, the stapler wouldn't depress all the way, and so the sharp ends of the staples would be left hovering over the back side of the paper instead of pressed securely into it. It's like the stapler thought we were trying to staple 10 sheets together instead of just 2.

So, we sent it back. Ordered (the same exact) one and it works like a charm.

Long story short, (if & when you get one that works) it's a great, functional stapler for any office space.

The stapler works but you have to leave it flat on the desk top. If you try to hold it and staple your papers it jams every time.

Bought to use for office, but does not work well when you only have a few pieces of paper. The staple is very loose. Had to keep my old stapler for the office & use this one just for hanging fliers.
