Cartridges can be returned to Quill.com free of charge by using a pre-paid shipping box available on Quill.com or by downloading a free, pre-paid mailing label to apply to your own box.
Please note that inkjet & laser toner cartridges must be returned in separate boxes.

Cartridges are either reused as remanufactured cartridges or their parts are broken down and used in the production of other office products.

Within 2 weeks after we receive your cartridges, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the amount of QuillCash™ earned. You receive $2 per cartridge recycled, with a $20 QuillCash™ limit per month. QuillCash™ can be redeemed at the checkout page with any order.
