Building A List of Favorite Items

My Lists is one of the most powerful tools at your disposal at Quill.com. By building a List, you can easily and conveniently keep track of the supplies you order frequently. Come back and re-use your lists as often as you like.

To get started, there are three methods we recommend: Quick Lists, Point-and-Click, and Order Recap.

  • Quick Lists
If you frequently re-order the same items or browse Quill.com with your Quill catalogs open, this valuable time-saving feature is for you. At the left-side of your screen, click on Create Quick List to display the Create Quick List table. Input the item numbers and quantities from the catalog into the Quick List. Click the Add to Lists button and you will be prompted to save the list for future use.

  • Point-and-Click
If you prefer to build a List as you browse Quill.com for products, this method is for you. While browsing for an item, simply click Add to My Lists on the right side of the screen to add it to your List. As you add more items, they will automatically be added to the currently selected List.

  • Save as List at Order Recap
This is the simplest method of creating a List. At the bottom of the Order Recap page at Checkout, click the Save as List button and your order will be saved as a List.

Helpful Hints:

  • Create multiple lists! Click on Add to My Lists next to any product to create a
new list. Once you have at least one List saved, create multiple Lists by clicking
View & Edit List and then Create New List in the My Lists tool.

  • Ideas and examples of Lists include: the products you order once a week, new employee supplies, and items for a specific office. The possibilities are endless!

  • Give your list a name that you will be able to instantly recall later at a glance.
For example: "Home office printer supplies" or "October Department Order."
