• Click Login button and then select the link that reads Forgot your User Name/Password?
  
  
• The Login Assistance page will now display asking you to submit your e-mail address or answer your reminder question.
  
  
• If you choose to have it e-mailed to you, please enter your e-mail address in the blank space and click the Submit button. Then check your e-mail within a few minutes for the response.
  
  
• If you choose to answer your reminder question, enter your User Name in the blank space and click the Submit button. Next, after you have correctly answered your reminder question, the Password will be displayed.
