Reordering from Order History
Quill.com automatically keeps track of the
purchases you make. Reviewing your order history allows you
to:
- Track your frequently ordered supplies
- Observe spending or ordering habits
- Locate item numbers for products that
you previously ordered
- Reorder products from your Order History

To access your order history, log into
your account using your user name and password. Once you
have logged in, the login box will change to read My
Account. Click on the Review your Order History
link to continue.

Next, Your
Online Order History screen will display. From
this screen, you will see your previous orders. To sort
by a specific category, click on its column heading. To
see any past orders, click on the specific date.

You also have the ability to add items
from a past order to any current one. Select the date
of the specific order from which you wish to repurchase
and then click the Recreate
Order button.

From here, you have the ability to change
quantities, add all or only some items to your shopping
cart.
Please Note:
Order history details remain online for 13 months. Please
contact a Customer Service Representative for assistance with
orders placed over 13 months ago.
