These boxes are not designed properly. I had to cut edges off of each box before it would fold correctly. Look closely at the picture....see those edges sticking out from what looks like an assembled box? That's right. Until those flaps are removed these boxes cannot close properly. A CD mailer designed by someone who has never mailed a CD!! Lame.

But, as another customer reveiwer has noted, Quill offers no alternative, so I'll order another box and get out my straight edge and box cutter.

These are TERRIBLE but we have no choice at the moment because Quill doesn't offer anything comparable to what they had before - the other ones were far better than these - these appear to be cheaply made and the closure SUCKS - I have to apply tape to keep it from coming apart - at least the other ones had a self sticking tape that you could use to keep the mailers closed - I would not recommend these unless you have no other options.
