4 stools were ordered by our library The first stool never arrived.# 2 stool had bad step/rubber guards. # 3 stool very scratched on both sides of ladder.# 4 had hole the size of dime in the metal on the handrail. We had exptected a quality ladder for our customers and workers and instead got 3 defective ladders. [...]
