After I realized that it was [$] for only 2000 copies, I retruned it to Staples and was very pleased with the customer service the provided. They accepted it back without a charge and were very plesent to deal with.

Dell toner is the only toner we buy for our Dell 3100cn color printer. Cartridges are easy to replace and last a long time.

This product is used for the Marketing Dept. printer. The Marketing printer is used constantly for various projects throughout the office. Unfortunately I have not found high yield for this toner cartridge. I believe that only high yield in the black toner cartridge is available.
