Description should be updated to note this is not a new unit, but one of Dell's official Use & Return refills. Still a good product, but just be sure you know what you're getting.

Staples sent a recycled toner

I usually order toners at staples.com, because I thought that Staples sells only new original toners. But today I received a recycled one instead of new one. Recycled toners are much cheaper than the new ones. Also printing quality is not good as new ones.

Please check carefully when you receive your toner order from Staples.
