It is not easy to find negatives about this product. Product is printed with a 3 step picture instruction sticker....and the old saying of easy as 1-2-3 really applies here. Our printer has a front opening panel, which exposed 4 printer cartridges. Once open, just remove old cartridge, follow steps (which are to remove orange runner, shake lightly and remove blocking tape)...then insert into printer. Takes about 30 seconds or less. Comes with plastic recycling bag for old cartridge, which we take directly to Staples.
