I have found Dell to have dependable products that generally do what they are supposed to do. The ink cartridges are a good value and provide excellent quality originals that translate into good copies when required. I use a variety of printers from several different manufacturers and feel that Dell measures up with the best of them. I recommend Dell printers and ink cartridges to anyone who has a need for economy, dependability and quality in the equipment they use to prepare their documents.

This product was most exceptional in it's performance. We use the printer everyday to print out various projects so we need an ink that is going to do the job. And we found it in this product. I would reccomend this product to anyone even if they don't use their printer all the time. And the price is very ecomomical compared to some other ink cartridges. So that was a nice surprise when I went to purchase it. For another brand of ink, I was paying at least double for what I paid for this ink.

the black cartridge worked great. the color cartridge would not even go into the printer and once opened could not be returned. Lousy product.
Don't purchase the colored one.

this is what fits my printer so it's what I use. It costs me about $100/year for color & B&W cartridges each year. It's easy to change out, cartridge is recycled. Not the easiest to find - I've only found online and at Staples.

I bought this thinking it was a color cartridge replacement. It's not, it doesn't fit in the color holder, it goes in the black!? I had no idea when I bought it. Still no idea what it is really for but since I opened it and tossed the receipt I'm stuck with it and had to go buy another cartridge, a color, so I could get my machine to print.
